1. At the request of members of parliament Rouvoet (CHU, Christian Historic Union; Leftist Christian party) and Van der Staaij (SGP, Political Reformed Party; orthodox Christian party) in 1999 and then approved by a majority of the members of Parliament, an insert was added to Article 137 on disabilities. The insert (or their physical, mental, or intellectual disabilities) cannot yet be read in the linked Articles but is in the most recent version (January 2009) here (in Dutch).
Je suis heureuse d'apprendre aujourd'hui de la bouche de mon oncle Adriaan Wintermans actuel patron de notre entreprise familiale Royal Agio Cigars, qu'il a enfin daigner consentir au changement des infames statuts discriminatoires de Royal Agio Cigars qui déshéritaient les héritières du pouvoir attenant à leur parts depuis sa fondation en 1904 jusqu'à fin 2010 !
Maintenant que cette erreur dans les statuts est réparée, je réclame une réparation affective :
un pardon officiel de mon oncle au nom de l'entreprise familiale Royal Agio Cigars aux 3 héritières victimes de discrimination ainsi qu'à ses victimes par ricochet dont je suis partie.
Pour que la réparation soit totale, je reclame la réparation intellectuelle, sociale et économique des héritières victimes ainsi que pour les victimes par ricochet dont je suis partie :
Je réclame :
- une formation en responsabilité sociétale des entreprises,
- la création d'un poste de RSE dans l'entreprise Royal Agio Cigars,
- la restitution du pouvoir spolié aux héritières et les 10 % de parts attenant à leur pouvoir.
Ainsi, l'égalité des sexes et des chances sera restaurée.

Afin que tous les oncles saisissent la portée des discriminations perpétrées, pourquoi ne pas imaginer que par nos Droits tant nationaux, continentaux qu'internationaux de déclinaison des Droits Humains, soient solennellement proscrites, bannies, interdites les violences et dégradations féminicides (et androcides) -autrement dites sexospécifiques, en sus de celles de genre, de disparité, de discriminations- ainsi que leurs meurtres ?
